Through my coaching programs and wellness tools, you will go through a powerful exploration of your beliefs and values surrounding health. We will co-create a wellness vision that is compelling and exiting. We can then make a path of small, realistic steps to ensure you reach your highest potential. My coaching programs are all-inclusive and comprehensive. You will have access to my "tool box" of coaching tools, ideas and resources. As always, my goal is to help you find the power within!
3 month Individual Coaching Program: Includes complete Well-assessment, 90 minute initial consultation, One 60 minute coaching call per week, access to coaching tools( decisional balance, 10 minute upper body weight program, etc.) One free 1 hour personal training session. $275.00 per month.
6 month Individual Coaching Program: Includes everything above PLUS- the Doodle Urself 2 Health exercises, 3 free 1 hour personal training sessions, and my * I GLOW* e-book. $240.00 per month.
